BEGIN with the Wedding Ceremony. All Parasol Events Wedding Ceremonies include the following;

- Marriage license application information
- Tropical Bouquet
- Maile Lei or Boutonniere
- Wedding Day schedule
- On-site coordination
Step One – Select your venue
- Public Beach Venue* $1500
- Hotel Venue prices begin at $3000
- Private Estate prices begin at $5500
Step Two - Add your options
- Photographer –one to three hours
- Videographer - one to three hours
- Ceremony music- harp, acoustic guitar, other
- License Signing Table
- Ceremony décor (for non public venues)
- Chair rental (for non public venues)
- Hair & Make-up on Location or at Studio – for how many
- Hair & Make-up trial at Studio (bride only)
- Hair & Flower/s
- Bridesmaids Bouquet/Lei
- Groomsman Boutonniere/Lei
- Mother's Posy/Lei/Corsage
- Father's Boutonniere/Lei
- Transportation -Limousine service, Motor Coach Service, other
- Wedding Cake – includes Cake Table, Cake Knife, Plates & Napkins
- Beverage - to include Cooler, Ice & Bottle/Wine Openers
- Barware, China & Silverware
Step Three- Email your selections to Parasol Events
- Email your selections to Parasol Events and your custom proposal will be emailed within five business days.
- You will be on your way to your dream wedding.
*Since August 2009 the State of Hawaii DLNR (Department of Land and Natural Resources) requires a permit (which is included with our Public Beach Location) that stipulates the following;
- no arches
- no amplification
- no chairs unless medically necessary
- no alcoholic beverages
