At Parasol Events we begin with the end in mind. We ask brides and grooms to talk to us about the wedding or event they have in mind. This might even include writing a paragraph or two and/or collecting images to describe their vision. This process allows us to create a mutual foundation for your event and helps your Parasol Events wedding planner begin the partnering process towards your wedding or event vision.

Our brides and grooms understand that wedding styles, regardless of theme, don't just fall in place. Determining what you want for your Hawaiian wedding can be simple; but making sure that the look comes together in a cohesive and pleasing manner takes skill. Our wedding planners help our brides and grooms keep their big picture in mind through out the process.

After determining your theme, style and the logistical needs for your wedding ceremony and reception, Parasol Events will walk you through the process of venue selection. Our wedding planner will outline options, educate you, and share pricing and availability information. Brides and grooms feel empowered and then are able to make an informed decision. Once the venue is selected, we turn our attention to all other elements, including but not limited to the menu, drinks, attire, flowers, stationary, entertainment, lighting and transportation.
